About Our Infrastructure

Learn about FireAPI's redundant edge architecture, SLA uptime commitments, global network, and secure operational parameters.

Multi-Region Redundancy

FireAPI is built to be resilient against regional outages. Our API gateways operate on distributed edge locations globally, routing traffic dynamically based on latency and geographical distance.

Our primary database runs on PostgreSQL instances configured with multi-region replication. Read queries are served locally at the closest region, minimizing network round-trip time and maximizing database throughput.

Uptime Monitoring

Every component of our network is monitored 24/7. Independent edge checkers query our primary API routing gateway, database metrics pool, and memory caching layers every 60 seconds from multiple coordinates across the globe.

This status page is served independently from our main API cluster using static assets. This ensures that even during a major system disruption, our status page remains accessible to developers.

SLA Commitment

We are committed to maintaining a high-fidelity system availability SLA of 99.9%. In the event of a service disruption, our engineering team works immediately to resolve issues and publish transparent root cause analyses.
